These terms govern your use of the services provided by Alfred ("we", "us", "our") at getalfred.llc. By engaging Alfred, you agree to these terms.
Alfred is an AI-native growth service for independent dental practices in the US and Australia. Depending on your plan, Alfred handles patient reactivation, new-patient lead generation, AI search visibility, content, outreach, and marketing automation. Alfred delivers these as a done-for-you service; it is not a software product you operate.
Each plan carries a written guarantee. The full conditions, including how recovered revenue is measured and what is required for a guarantee to apply, are set out on our Guarantee Terms page, which forms part of these terms. Except as stated in those guarantees, fees are non-refundable.
How we handle the information you provide is described in our Privacy Policy. Patient records you share are used solely to deliver the services you have engaged Alfred for, and are never sold or used for any other purpose.
Other than the specific, written guarantees tied to each plan, Alfred does not guarantee any particular level of results. Projections shown on this site (for example, modelled recovery based on the 8% ADA reactivation benchmark and a $380 average visit value) are illustrative and depend on factors including list size, database quality, and practice responsiveness.
To the extent permitted by law, Alfred's total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid in the month in which the claim arose. Alfred is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients before they take effect.
