Guarantee Terms

Alfred offers two plans for independent dental practices in the US and Australia, each with its own written guarantee. This page sets out exactly what each guarantee covers, what is required for it to apply, and how a refund or remedy is calculated. These terms form part of our Terms of Service.
Dental Growth Starter — 60-Day AI Visibility Guarantee
On the Starter plan ($397/month), if your practice is not appearing in AI search results — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, or Bing Copilot — for relevant local dental queries within 60 days of onboarding, Alfred continues to work on your AI visibility at no additional charge until your practice is cited.
- "Appearing" means your practice name or website is surfaced as a result or citation for a reasonable local query relevant to your services and location.
- The guarantee covers continued work, not a cash refund, for the Starter plan.
- It requires that your Google Business Profile and website are accessible to Alfred and that requested information (services, locations, hours) is provided during onboarding.
Dental Growth Management — $5,000 Recovery Guarantee
On the Management plan ($797/month), if Alfred does not recover at least $5,000 in patient revenue within the first 30 days, you receive a full refund of that month's subscription fee.
- Recovered revenue means booked and attended appointments generated by Alfred's reactivation and outreach activity during the period, valued at your practice's actual or stated average visit value.
- The guarantee applies to practices that provide a list of 500 or more inactive patient records at onboarding. Practices with smaller lists receive a guarantee scaled pro-rata to list size (for example, a 250-record list carries a $2,500 recovery threshold).
- It requires that the practice supplies usable patient contact records, keeps appointment availability open for booking, and responds to booking coordination within a reasonable time.
- The refund covers the subscription fee for the month in question. It is not a payment, credit, or multiple of the fee.
What the Guarantees Do Not Cover
- Results that depend on factors outside Alfred's control — for example, a practice declining to honour bookings, an unusable or out-of-date patient list, or extended practice closures.
- Third-party costs such as paid advertising spend, which are separate from the subscription fee and are not refundable under the guarantee.
- Outcomes beyond the specific guaranteed metric for your plan. Projected figures shown elsewhere on this site (for example, modelled recovery based on the 8% ADA reactivation benchmark) are illustrative projections, not guaranteed outcomes.
How to Claim
If you believe a guarantee condition has not been met, email [email protected] within 14 days of the end of the relevant period. We will review the activity and attributed results together with you and process any eligible refund within 14 days.
A Note on Honesty
Alfred is a newly launched service. The guarantees above are how we put our own money behind the work rather than relying on case studies we do not yet have. We publish real client results as they come in.
